Seven Mountains Creative. Web Development Manager

Lead and mentor a cross functional team of developers while setting and enforcing clean, scalable technical standards. Architect, maintain, and optimize a high performance hosting platform supporting more than three hundred active websites within a fully consolidated Plesk environment. Primary focus on securing servers, closing security gaps, hardening infrastructure, and building a fully enclosed ecosystem that is entirely managed and controlled internally. Resolve inherited technical debt and implement modern practices across performance, security, accessibility, and UX to ensure long term platform stability. Oversee deployments, DNS, caching, SSL, monitoring, and infrastructure planning to keep systems reliable and resilient. Work closely with developers to enforce best practices, review implementations, and ensure projects remain maintainable and operational long term. Provide light coordination with graphic designers while maintaining ownership of development quality, technical direction, and process refinement.
